Working principle

The main part (refer to the structural section) is driven by the transmission shaft to rotate the cylinder body, so that the seven plungers evenly distributed on the cylinder body rotate around the center line of the transmission shaft, and the sliding shoe in the column slide assembly is pressed against the variable head ( or swash plate). In this way, the plunger reciprocates with the rotation of the cylinder to complete oil suction and oil pressure actions.

       

This type of variable pump, when the output pressure is lower than the set constant pressure, the full displacement output pressure oil, that is quantitative output, when the pressure of the output oil reaches the set pressure, the pump flow is automatically adjusted to ensure the constant pressure , to meet the system requirements. The output constant pressure value of the pump can be adjusted steplessly within the pressure adjustment range according to the needs. The structure of the pump is shown in Figure 6. This structure passes the output pressure oil to the lower chamber of the variable piston and the control oil of the constant pressure valve at the same time. Inlet, when the output pressure is less than the set constant pressure, the oil pressure thrust acting on the constant pressure valve core is less than the set spring force, the constant pressure valve is in the open state, the pressure oil enters the upper chamber of the variable piston, and the variable piston is pressed at the lowest position , the pump outputs pressure oil at full displacement; when the pump is working at the set constant pressure, the oil pressure thrust acting on the constant pressure valve core is equal to the set spring force, and the oil inlet and outlet of the constant pressure valve are open at the same time, so that The oil pressure thrust of the upper and lower chambers of the variable piston is equal, and the variable piston works in a certain position. If the hydraulic damping (load) increases, the oil pressure rises instantaneously, the oil discharge port of the constant pressure valve is opened larger, and the oil inlet port is closed. The pressure in the upper cavity of the piston is lower than that in the lower cavity, the variable piston moves upward, and the flow rate of the pump decreases until the pressure drops to the set constant pressure. At this time, the variable piston works in a new equilibrium position. Conversely, if the hydraulic damping (load) decreases, the oil pressure drops instantaneously, the oil inlet port of the constant pressure valve is opened larger, and the oil outlet port is closed smaller, the oil pressure in the upper chamber of the variable piston is higher than that of the lower chamber, and the variable piston moves downward, and the pump The flow rate increases until the pressure rises to the set constant pressure.
