Working principle

The main part (refer to the structural section) is driven by the transmission shaft to rotate the cylinder body, so that the seven plungers evenly distributed on the cylinder body rotate around the center line of the transmission shaft, and the sliding shoe in the column slide assembly is pressed against the variable head ( or swash plate). In this way, the plunger reciprocates with the rotation of the cylinder to complete oil suction and oil pressure actions.

This kind of pump relies on internal control (or external control) to manipulate the variable mechanism by oil pressure. The pressure adjustment range of the pump is relatively small. After the oil pressure changes at 3~4Mpa, the flow rate decreases rapidly to the required high-pressure flow value. This kind of pump is actually equivalent to a combination pump of high and low pressure, and the driving power selection of the pump can be calculated by referring to the power selection method of the pressure compensation variable pump.

The high-pressure oil from the main body enters the lower cavity (d) of the lower flange. When the spring force is greater than the hydraulic pressure acting on the lower end area of the push rod, the variable displacement piston is pushed down to increase the flow rate of the pump. When the hydraulic pressure acting on the lower end of the push rod is greater than the force of the spring, the variable displacement piston moves upwards, reducing the flow rate of the pump.

When adjusting the variable characteristics, adjust the adjusting sleeve according to the required flow and pressure variation range, so that the flow at the final pressure of the pump will not change, and then adjust the adjusting screw to make the initial pressure meet the requirements when the pump flow just changes.
