Working principle

1. Pump condition


The function of the pump is to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. When the motor drives the main shaft of the pump to rotate, the connecting rod plunger drives the cylinder block to rotate. Because the cylinder block axis is at an included angle with the main shaft axis, the plunger reciprocates in the cylinder body, and the volume of the plunger hole in the cylinder body changes. When the volume changes from small to large, the medium is sucked from the suction inlet of the pump and enters the plunger hole through the low pressure window of the valve plate; When the volume changes from large to small, the medium is discharged from the pump outlet through the high-pressure window of the valve plate. In this way, the main shaft rotates once, and each plunger hole completes the process of suction and discharge.


2. Motor working condition

The function of the motor is to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. When the high pressure oil enters the plunger hole of the cylinder block from the oil inlet of the motor through the high pressure window of the port plate, it drives the plunger to move. Because the cylinder block axis is at an included angle with the axis of the main shaft, the hydraulic pressure acts on the main shaft through the connecting rod, producing a tangential force, driving the main shaft to rotate and output torque. At the same time, the working oil is squeezed out of the plunger hole by virtue of the inertia rotation of the cylinder block, and discharged from the motor oil drain through the low pressure window of the oil distribution plate.
