 Working principle

The main part (refer to the structural section) is driven by the transmission shaft to rotate the cylinder body, so that the seven plungers evenly distributed on the cylinder body rotate around the center line of the transmission shaft, and the sliding shoe in the column slide assembly is pressed against the variable head ( or swash plate). In this way, the plunger reciprocates with the rotation of the cylinder to complete oil suction and oil pressure actions.

The manual variable pump changes the flow rate by turning the adjusting hand wheel by external force, rotating the adjusting screw, and driving the variable piston to move in the axial direction, and at the same time driving the variable head to rotate around the center to change the inclination angle to achieve the variable purpose. When the required flow is achieved, the lock nut can be tightened.

When the adjustment handwheel is turned clockwise, the flow rate decreases. When the adjustment handwheel is turned counterclockwise, the flow rate increases. Its percent value can be roughly read off the dial. Changing the flow during work requires unloading operation.
