Working principle

The principle of MCY14-1B quantitative axial piston pump is relatively simple. The transmission shaft of the pump is connected with the cylinder body by a spline, which drives the cylinder body to rotate, so that the seven plungers evenly distributed on the cylinder body rotate around the center of the transmission shaft. There is a sliding shoe at the end of each plunger, and the centering spring presses the sliding shoe on the swash plate at a certain inclination angle with the axis through the inner sleeve steel ball and the return plate. When the cylinder rotates, the plunger reciprocates at the same time to complete oil suction and oil pressure. The centering spring presses the cylinder body onto the oil pan through the jacket, which acts as an initial seal.
